Are you an existing customer? If you wish to upgrade or change to a new 2023 plan please complete the form below.

Our team will review your request and complete initial connection checks to determine that your connection is within suitable coverage range, and that the overall connection quality will deliver the requested plan.

Note some plans are not available everywhere. Limitations include distance from repeater site, radio signal condition (line of sight, interference, etc) and network resources available in your area. Speeds are stated as an up to maximum only, speeds are delivered at max available given factors above.

If your connection cannot be upgraded to a suitable new plan, then our team will contact you to discuss your options further.
Once the plan upgrade is completed, our team will contact you to let you know.
